Do you do mold testing, asbestos testing, or testing of any kind?

No, we do not do any testing for mold or asbestos. Our recommended mold and air testing company is BuildSafe Environmental Services to get a scientific read on what mold species and how much of it is in each space in your home. Mold detecting canines are also a great recommendation when trying to get a more accurate read on where specifically in the room mold is accumulating. If you want an in-depth inspection and consultation for each room or your whole home, we recommend Mold Freedom.
**Colorado regulations require asbestos testing before any and all remediation/restoration services regardless of building materials used before or after 1988.**

We come in to restore your contaminated areas once it is determined where remediation is necessary. We provide 3D mapping of the entire home or specific remediation locations, site protection, containment setup, demolition, deep cleaning/sanding, HEPA air scrubbers, HEPA vacuums, dehumidifiers, air moving fans, encapsulation paint and controlled trash removal, while wearing PPE (personal protective equipment) to ensure a sanitary environment and to prevent cross contamination. We can do light rebuilding after a final air quality test to make sure everything is clean and up to standard. We will not add rebuild services to your estimate unless you request it.
